Introduction:

This SY type tri-lobe Roots high pressure blower is a self-developed new product on the basis of absorbing international advanced technology, which has low power consumption, low noise, excellent performance and low maintenance costs properties. Advanced CAD design tools, process technology and sophisticated CNC equipments are used in product development. This product is widely applicable for metallurgy, chemical industry, light industry, building materials, mining, textiles, pneumatic conveying, sewage treatment, ceramics and other industrial sectors.

Characteristics:

(1). Large flow and pressure range, wide application, high quality, low price.

(2). Special complex linear envelope vane wheel is used in this product, which has good gear engage, less leakage and pressure pulse, low noise and high efficiency.

(3). Special shape is designed in the rotor, enhancing shaft rigidity and improving the blower’s boost.

(4). Synchronous gears are made of high quality alloy steel by precision machining, which relieve the mechanical driving noise effectively.

(5). The rotating parts are all balancing tested rigorously and the product has almost no vibrations.

(6). Reasonable structure is designed to cooling the blower, effectively improving the gear and bearing life.

(7). The blower has compact & simple structure, easily for maintenance and repair.

Working principle:

The two rotors rotate in the opposite directions driven by the synchronous gears and there is appropriate clearance between the two impellers and blower cabinet, which forms air intake cavity. With the rotor rotation, the air is transferred from air intake cavity to air discharge cavity without being compressed, and then exhausts which causes blowing.

(1). Impeller A: Imminent closure of intake and exhaust will be open; Impeller B: Open state.

(2). Impeller A: Close and exhaust state; Impeller B: Open state.

(3). Impeller A:Open state; Impeller B:Imminent closure of intake and exhaust will be open.

User Guide:

A. Requirements:

(1). Intake air temperature is not higher than 40℃ .

(2). Content of the solid particles in air is not greater than 100mg/m2 and the size of greatest particle should not exceed the half of assembly gaps.

(3). Bearing temperature should not exceed 95℃.

(4). Lubricating oil temperature should not exceed 65℃.

(5). Don’t open when it is over its rating pressure.

B.Startup preparations:

(1). Check the installation fasteners and locating pins.

(2). Check the intake, exhaust pipes and valves.

(3). Check the blower saddle’s level up and tightening of anchor bolts.

(4). Inject certain type lubricant as required into gearbox; inject certain type grease as required into driver side.

(5). Open all air blower intake and exhaust valves, rotates the rotors and pays attention all the parts’ abnormal noises.

(6). The water temperature is no higher than 25℃ when blower is cooled by water.
