Features of DBNL3 Normal Type Cooling Tower:

1. Good performance:
The new designed DBNL3 cooling tower water distribution and the flow field very uniform reached the best overall performance.

2. Excellent quality of DBNL3 Cooling Tower:
This cooling tower adopt ours patented fills, three splashed sprayer to distribute water, full sealed motor specially used for cooling tower, wide blade dedicated fan and optimization design of belt drive systems, shell applied the FRP material, vivid color, bright and clean surface, anti-aging.

3. Environment protection, energy saving:
This type of cooling tower adopt the water collector collecting the flying water, mading the flying water loss under 1‰, prevent the pollution of the recycle water; This wide blade, low speed fan can reduce the loss of the dynamic pressure, save energy and protect environment.

4. Low noise:
The speed reducer used international famous bearings, wide fan blade plus low wind speed, made the noise of the fan to be under control. The sprayer and the special designed fills make the water distribution lower the noise.

5. Small volume, light weight:
The cooling tower is optimizd by Solid Edge CAD, decreased the floor space maximally.The body of the cooling tower apply the HDG steel frame and FRP material shell, which largely reduce the weight of cooling tower.

6. Guarantee of DBNL3 Cooling Tower:
DBNL3 Cooling tower strictly is tested by the Authorized National FRP Products.
Quality Supervision and Inspection Center. It is qualified.
DBNL3 Cooling tower passed the ISO9001-2000 Quality Certification.

﹡In the above list listed the designed cooling water capacity when the wet bulb temperature is t=28°C and t=27°C. The work condition is as bellow.
When the temperature cooled down △t=5°C, inlet temperature is t1=37°C, outlet temperature is t2=32°C; when the water cooled down △t=8°C, the t1=40°C, t2=32°C. The cooling capacity of other parameter please check the thermal performance curve.

﹡Inlet water pressure refers to water pressure at the pipe connect point. 1kgf/cm2=9.8×104pa, so water pressure of this series cooling tower is between 0.2-0.49kgf/cm2.

﹡The noise level is the estimated at standard point D, that is to say at point outside of the tower wall diamater, above the basis 1.5m.
