This square shape cross flow cooling tower intake air in two sides. The fan is on the top of the cooling tower. The air intake the cooling tower from two sides of the cooling tower, making heat change for the hot water. The fills adopts the fills sheet with salient point,the fills sheet bonded into a whole, enhance the strength, the salient point in two side of the sheet can avoid the water drip droppinh down directly, thus to improve the efficiency of water film formation.

Main features of DFH Square Shape Cross Flow Cooling Tower:

1. Save space,Scientific structure
This cooling tower adopt high efficiency heat change fills, the heat-change area become large substantially, compared with the old HBLD cooling tower and HBLCD cooling tower, the floor space declined substantially. Because of the optimized structural design and steel structure applied, operating weight is also greatly reduced.

2. Save power
This cooling tower adopts small ventilation resistance fills and the wing type FRP high efficiency fan which is designed by Tsinghua University. The ultra low noise cooling tower adopts smaller motor power, save more power. Besides we can choose the double speed motor for save electricity power according to customer requirements.

3. Low running cost
This cooling tower adopt the FRP wing type axial fan. And the low noise fan reduces the noise in the operation. The running noise of the ultra low noise cooling tower is lower. And which fully comply with environmental requirements. If adopt the double speed motor, the noise can be lower down 2-3dB(A) at night. If the customer choose the double speed fan. Please point out it specially when make order.

4. Good corrosion resistance
The cooling tower body, water tank, and the panel all adopt the FRP material. and add the light stabilizer in the resin which has the good ageing resistance, no- discoloring for a long time. The cooling tower steel parts is hot dipped galvanized steel so it can improve the corrosion resistance performance of the cooling tower. In normal service life, it do not need additional anti-corrosion.

5. Easy to assemble
The cooling tower can meet the different work condition requirements via the assembly. the customer can decide to assemble according to the site situation, and can change the shape of the cooling tower following features of the building. When the installation site is limited. Our company can make special designto satisfy customer's requirements concerning the noise and the thermal performance.

6. Easy maintenance
This cooling tower is combined type design. The air flow cell of the adjacent cooling tower is separated from each other. One cooling tower is under maintenance when the others are still running. The fills and water collection pipe and water tank are cleaned more easily.
