Quality characteristic of DFB Close Type Cooling Tower:

1. Excellent performance:
DFB Close type cooling tower is a joint developed by Shuangyi Group and College of Shandong construction, and optimally designed for the air fluency and the flow using the COSMOSFLOWOWORKS, realize its excellent thermal performance, ensure a higher efficiency, reach the best overall performance.

2. The high efficiency cooling coil:
Adopt the high quality seamless steel tube and overall galvanized anti-corrosion treatment; Sand pad pass 2.5 mpa air tightness test in the water, to guarantee no leakage. The coil tilted along the cooling water flow direction so that liquid can be discharged easily.

3. Low noise fan:
The Leaf blade is made by patented technology, low speed, wide blade, adopt the wing type hollow blade, Blade Angle is adjustable. low noise, high efficiency. The material of the blade has two kinds such as the FRP material and the Aluminum alloy material.

4. Motor:
Adopt the cooling tower patented total seal type motor, Protection grade IP55. The motor can continuously run in hot and humid environment for a long time. And we can use the double speed motor to reduce the operation cost.

5. The spray pump:
Adopting outdoor type pipeline pump, large flow, low speed, low noise.

This firefighting fan has single speed and double speed two types of fan. When we use the double speed fan, we can choose the suitable speed, so can reach the effect of save energy.

6. Efficient breakwater:
Made of high quality PVC materials, floating water loss less than one over ten thousand, partition assembled, easy to remove.

7. Water collector and panel:
Made of FRP, good color, bright and clean surface, non-corroding, colorfast, keep the cooling tower new after many years. And we can chose stainless steel or HDG steel panel.

8. High strength structure:
The DFB cooling tower optimal designed via COSMOSWORKS for the overall structure.
The cooling tower body adopt the hot dip galvanized steel frame and FRP material. Anti-corrosion, light weight.

9. Silencing blanket:
The cooling tower installed the PVC silencing blanket. Which can lower the noise 5-10 dB(a) effectively.

10. Water collector electricity heater. (Optional)
In the cool area, we can accord customer's requirements to install the heater, so that can keep the water above 5°C. The heater has the low water level protect device, to running security.

11. The close type cooling tower passed ISO9001 certificate of quality system and ISO14001 Environment system certification; the cooling tower is assembled by the standard parts under the Strict quality control condition, guarantee per set cooling tower can reach the Unified quality level.
