Assemble hot dipped galvanized water tank is produced according to the 92SS77.
It is a new type of water tank. The installment of water tank is not affected by the civil engineering construction. It don't need welding. The surface of the water tank panel is hot dipped galvanized. Attractive and durable, preventing the second pollution. It is better for health. And this water tank confirm to the requirements of the construction products standardization.

This water tank adopt Q235 steel panel. Pressed to 1000*1000 and 1000*500 standard block, drill hole on the flange. After hot dip galvanized, assembled on site, between the panel connection part there is the non-toxic rubber mat, connected by the bolts and nuts.

This water tank is used to buildings water supplier system, adjust water storage, the heating system expansion and condensate water storage, and the building construction, geological prospecting, industry, national defense engineering temporary water storage, etc.
Water storage capacity from 1.0 cubic meter to 1000 cubic meters. The height can reach 5 meters.

The inlet pipe, outlet pipe and overflow pipe diameter, location of the water tank are determined by the design. Around of the water tank should not less than 700mm gallery, the bottom and the cover of the water tank should not be less than 600mm height space. When install it, the connection line of the panel should be put on the steel support seat's frame line.

Anti-corrosion: adopt hot galvanized tank body and accessories.

Experiment: water tank after assembly, close the outlet pipe and the drain pipe, open the inlet pipe. Check while water is inflowing.
After it is full, 2 to 3 hours laer, recheck it. If no water seepage, it is qualified.
