Description of WX-type Micro-perforated Plate Muffler:

1, WX-type micro-perforated plate muffler is a newly wideband silencer with metal structure, it is assembled by micro-perforated plate made of galvanized.
Because of adopting the double micro-perforated plate perforated different rates and different rear cavity, it has a good results in a wide range of audio.

2. The muffler structure is simple work without the dust, mist afraid, water gas, and high temperature gas. It is widely used in air conditioners and ventilation ducts.

3. The muffler has the small frictional resistance when the wind speed of
9 ~ 11m / s, the pressure loss is 0.7 ~ 3mm.

TX-type Micro-perforated Plate Muffler Elbow

Application of TX-type Micro-perforated Plate Muffler Elbow:

TX-type micro-perforated plate muffler elbow is a novel wideband silencer with metal structure assembled by micro-perforated plate made of galvanized. Because of the adopting of different micro-perforation rate and double perforated plate after different cavity, it has good effect in a wide range of audio. Our TX-based micro-perforated plate muffler elbow have two type: the monolayer micro-perforated plate muffler elbow (TX-1) and double micro-perforated plate muffler elbow (TX-2).

BX-type Flap Resistive Muffler

BX-type flap resistive muffler is a silencer of galvanized sheet structure. It is suitable for low wind speed, air-conditioned and the main channel ventilation system.

GX-tube Muffler

GX-tube muffler is a silencer with resistive galvanized sheet structure. It is used for air conditioning, the end of the branch duct ventilation system and on a small amount of wind trunk duct.

The FX Impedance Compound Muffler

The Introduction of Impedance Composite Muffler :

The impedance compound muffler is made of ultra-fine wool for sound absorption resistance. It is good for high frequency muffling effect. The role of resistance mutations within the muffler is off and the outer pipe section between the expansion chamber constituted, it is a low frequency noise and some intermediate role silencer.

Technical Performance

1. Muffler - At rated air volume, the amount of low-frequency anechoic is 10-15dB (A), IF muffler is 15-25dB (A), the amount of high-frequency anechoic is 25-30dB (A).

2. The resistance loss –At rated air volume, the average drag coefficient ε = 0.4. Losses are under different wind resistance by ΔΡ = ε × V2/2g × (mmH2O) calculations.

The notice of Installation:

1. The air speed should be adapted to control the wind through the muffler.the general wind to 6 ~ 8m / s is appropriate, if improving speed, you can choose 8 ~ 12m / s.

2. The muffler can be installed directly on the fan outlet, but it should be installed in near the location of the room, when the project is thermostatic system, muffler shell should be the same dealing as the ducts.

3. The use of temperatures should be below 100 ℃.
