Application of FZ40(35)-11 Type Textile Axial Ventilator:

The type of FZ35 and FZ40 axial flow fan can be used in factories, warehouses, offices, residential for ventilation or strengthening temperature. Fans can be used by ventilating freely, but also in the long exhaust pipe installed in series to increase the interval in the pipeline pressure. According to the difference of blade diameter, it can be divided into 8, 9, 10, 11.2, 14, 16, 18, 20 and other machine number.

Structure of FZ40(35)-11 Type Textile Axial Ventilator:

This series of axial ventilator mainly consist of the impeller, casing, set the wind, dampers, diffusion tube components. Impeller's rotating is directly driven by the motor. The impeller has the impeller hub, blades, bushings, tile, cover, casing and other components. Blades are fixed to the cover by coupling two tile, It is easy to adjust the blade angle to loose the two screws. When installing we should be ready for installation materials and tools the first, and check the mechanical parts of the fan, and the impeller should particularly careful examination, if damage, it should be repaired.

You should notice some point in installation of FZ35-11 type textile axial ventilator:

1. In jointing, it should be coated with grease or machine oil to prevent rusting and reducing difficult to remove;

2. When the bolt joints, if it has stop dowel,you should be fix them first, then tighten the bolts;

3. Check inside the cabinet and other housing,it should not fall into the legacy of tools and debris.
