Brief Introduction of Air Cooled(Heating) Chiller Unit

It is one of the series of central air conditioning products which developed by Shuangyi group who bring in advanced technology from European and American countries. It use air as cooled(heating) medium and is a integrated central air conditioning equipment combined with cold and heat sources. There are advantges of high efficiency, low noise, reasonable structure, easy operation, security run, easy installation and maintenance, etc. The unit is widely used in hotel, shopping mail, exhibition center, airport, stadium and other public facilities with comfortable central air-conditioning system, and can meet different requirements of manufacturability air-conditioning system from electronic, pharmaceutical, biology, textile, chemical industry, metallurgy, electricity, mechanical engineering, etc.

Refrigerating capacity range from 60KW-760KW.
Every unit has single-cooled type and heat-pump type.
Save space It can be installed directly on the roof or outside. There is no need to set up another machine room which can save space.
Complete protection There sre protective devices like temperature protection switch, overload relay, high pressure protection switch, dry filter, deice control and delay start, etc.
1. Modular design Larger unit capacity and modular construction.
2. Exquisite appearance We adopt coil pipe design type of inverted M for high utilization space. Small size. The surface wind speed of the coil is more uniform.
3. Low noise The high efficiency and semi-closed screw compressor is used for smooth operation. Also, we adopt imported axial flow fan to run at high speed under low noise.
4. Advanced control, Stable quality and reliable quality. The compressors ,fans, cooling system accessories, computer and electric control components are all imported from foreign famous company. So, It's in good quality, accurate control, reliable performance. It's suitable for various bad heat pump working conditions with simple maintenance and high efficiency.
5. Convient maintence.
The installation is flexible and can be controlled remotely.The unit adopts the open structure, the compressors and the electric control system is placed in the lower part of the unit, without any panel, the maintenance space is large, entering and leaving of personnel is convenient.
